Loan Collections

Mission

Within the over-arching mission of the Controller's Office to provide excellent service to faculty, staff, students, and external clients within an environment of effective and efficient controls, Loan Collections performs the following functions:

• Act as a liaison for students, faculty, and staff of Rice with Educational Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI)
• Provide information to students regarding their student loan rights and responsibilities
• Assist students with emergency loan disbursements, exit interview completion, deferment and forebearance processing
• Assist recipients of faculty or staff loans with disbursement and repayment
