Mission

Within the over-arching mission of the Controller's Office to provide excellent service to faculty, staff, students and visitors within an environment of effective and efficient controls, Payroll performs the following functions:

• Processes all university payrolls for faculty, staff and students.
• Updates direct deposit instructions for all new employees. Changes to payroll direct deposit instructions are handled by Payroll.  Changes to expense reimbursement direct deposit instructions are handled by Disbursements.
• Provides service to international customers to comply with federal tax reporting requirements.
• Processes federal tax returns and tax deposits to comply with payroll tax regulations.
