Dean of Undergraduates

The Dean of Undergraduates has responsibility for overseeing the entire undergraduate experience, including the residential colleges, curricular aspects related to general education and all noncurricular components of student life. Student life services are provided by the following entities: Academic Advising, Center for Career Development, the Office of International Programs, Student Judicial Programs, the Office of Multicultural Affairs, the Office of Student Activities, the Office of Fellowships and Undergraduate Research, the Director of First-Year Programs, the Office of Student Media, Rice University Bands, the Center for Civic Engagement, the Center for Communication Excellence, the Counseling Center, Student Health Services, the Wellness Center and the Student Center.
